Myndful Meals is a healthy international prepared meal service based in San Luis Obispo County, delivering one day a week to SLO - LO - MB - CAY - AT. Meals are handmade with locally sourced ingredients.
Dishes are designed to nourish the body using fresh, high quality ingredients, while taking people on a culinary exploration around the world.
Eating myndfully will help support your immune system and your body's other defenses.

Go to the ordering page, select which items you'd like to order. Our menu changes weekly so you'll always get to enjoy trying something new.
Your fully prepared meals are already cooked, assembled, and ready to eat. All you have to do is heat them up and enjoy!
Our chef's gather the freshest ingredients then prepare your meals. We deliver them right to your doorstep.

Menu gets released every Monday & you have till 11pm on Friday for the following weeks delivery.
